RPG Real Estate (RPG不動産 RPG Fudousan) is an anime adaptation based on the manga of the same name. It was announced in the April 2021 issue of Manga Time Kirara Carat in February 2021. The anime was produced by Doga Kobo and premiered from April to June 2022.
Synopsis[]
The story begins 15 years after the demon king was defeated and the world has become peaceful. Kotone, who graduated from school and became a magician, inquired about the kingdom-affiliated RPG Real Estate in order to find a new home. In reality, RPG Real Estate was Kotone's place of employment, and together with Fa, a demi-human, the priest Rufuria, and the soldier Rakira, they help support the searches of new homes for the customers with various circumstances.[1]

"RPG Real Estate" is now an animated series! To my family, my editor, and more than anything, to all you readers, it couldn't have happened without your support! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!! It's always been a dream to see my work animated, and everyday it's been a frenzy of happiness and nervousness since the decision was made. After reading "RPG Real Estate," I totally fell in love with the four leads and adored the little ways that made them cute: the cheerful, clumsy, and always energetic Kotone, the pure-hearted mascot Fa, the hardworking big sister Rufuria, and the strong, unsung uniter Rakira. The concept of a real estate company helping their customers find housing in a fantasy world is a marvelous one. Building on that, I wanted the animation to center on Kotone's growth, all the while exploring many interesting plot scenarios. We are giving it our all to leave you guys with a cheerful and fun series, and so I thank you for giving me that opportunity!

Trivia[]
- In the English and other language subtitles on Crunchyroll doesn't use Japanese honorifics, instead of replacing to localized honorifics, e.g. "Kotone-san" to "Miss Kotone". Bilibili Global had always use Japanese honorifics in the English and Vietnamese subtitles.
- Except for Kotone's hometown and a few other locales, many place names were given in the anime version that remained unnamed in the manga, such as Dali, Felicia, Balalaika, etc.
